I used to do exercises, massages whatever possible to reduce my cellulite. But nothing seems to work. I wasted a lot of energy y and money on these things. If I could have earlier learnt about the magical cellulite cream available at cellfre.com which reduced my cellulite in just 7 days of application.

Me too! it's really been a problem of mine... I've lost a lot of weight already but its still there and I want to get rid of it.

It depends on what exercise we are doing.
Eating 1300 calories of  carbohydrates and running alot (4 - 10 miles)
does actually burn more because we will be having more energy!!

Counting and cutting calories is one of the easiest ways to help slim down a body.  More importantly, however, is to make the body healthy altogether.  Exercising, eating less, and eating the proper foods are all avenues to make a healthier body.  Good luck to you all in your weight loss and healthy-body endeavors.

* Switch to diet cokes instead of regular.

* Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juices.

* Chose no sugar added fruit juices.

* Eat light yogurt.

* Eat a side salad instead of fries or baked potato.

* Put lettuce, tomato, onions, or pickles on your sandwich instead of cheese.
