weaning help

I have slowly weaned my son from BF, however it has been over 24 hours since I last pumped, and I did not fully empty. I have not fully emptied from pumuping for 4 days now and ahve only pumuped when ia absolutely had to. My breasts are extrememly engorged. I am MISERABLE> How long should I exect this to last before I am back to normal? What can I do the help the situation.. I have tried ice packs.....IBUPROFEN>

I think consulting your doctor will be a good option
