Premature ejaculation

I'm Joshua - 26 years old suffering with premature ejaculation from last 6 monts. My girlfriend is disapointed because i come in 30 seconds. We tried natural positions and remedies - and nothing. I tried viagra and viagra soft tablet for one months without any effect. I tried cialis also from oline pharmacies like http://www.pharmacy-wholesales.com with poor results. Is a genetic problem?
