Me too! it's really been a problem of mine... I've lost a lot of weight already but its still there and I want to get rid of it.

* Switch to diet cokes instead of regular.
* Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juices.
* Chose no sugar added fruit juices.
* Eat light yogurt.
* Eat a side salad instead of fries or baked potato.
* Put lettuce, tomato, onions, or pickles on your sandwich instead of
cheese.
