Best bra for plugged ducts?

So, there's two nursing bra types that I know of, the kind with the
removable panels, and the kind that require you to push the entire left
or right side out of the way for nursing. Which of these bra types is
better for prevent plugged ducts, or are they all the same pretty much?
Thats what I'm asuming, but prove me wrong. Any takers? =)
